Especially during the winter with flu lingering in the office and the need for a warm liquid becoming even higher, the last thing you want is a low quality mug which could put your health at risk. Our supplier has the UK's most impressive digital printing, finishing & fulfillment production facilities and provides an end-to-end solution that meets even the most demanding customer requirements, with the largest UK single-site installation of HP Indigo digital presses.

Quality control

Professional engineers know that the outcome is as robust as the process that created it. Sticking to that principle, we demanded the same from our supplier. Given this, our supplier has an internal Quality Control Department that makes daily checks to not only the finished products but also audits the production processes, which identifies any issues earlier in the production process. Feedback from customers is collected on a weekly basis and monitored.

Packaging control

Mugs are packaged in corrugate cardboard boxes for protection during the shipment. No chances taken with TEC's mugs!
