Technology & Inks

Our supplier decorates apparel with the direct-to-garment (DTG) method. They are using Kornit Avalanche 1000 industrial printers and is working with water-based and PVC-free inks. Epson SC-F9400 series is an evolution of trusted Epson print technology and provides enhanced quality while sustaining productivity and reliability teamed with UltraChrome DS Inks for bright, colourful and durable prints.

Quality control

Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Last quality control is done before the finished product is fully packed prior to shipping.

Packaging control

The products are shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. The outer polybag is biodegradable. If the order is more than 5 items, everything is shipped in a cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags.
